My new mono just keeps restarting over and over again when plugged into the USB port.
I have tried it both in a windows box and a linux box.
Can't program it because it keeps reseting. Tried to put it into boot loader mode and that doesn't seem to work either.
Mono device not detected on USB ports.
Make sure that Mono's bootloader is waiting for Host communication.

This doesn't seem normal
